Bluetooth for RISC OS - 0.93 (26-Oct-26)
===============================

What it does
Plays the computer's sound through Bluetooth speakers and headphones
(A2DP), and works with Bluetooth mice and keyboards, classic and Low
Energy, through a USB Bluetooth adapter.

What you need
RISC OS 5 on a Raspberry Pi (tested on a CM4 with RISC OS 5.31).
Other RISC OS 5 machines with working USB 2 host drivers, such as a
Pinebook Pro, should work with a USB adapter; on them the Pi USB
drivers in the package are left alone.
  A USB Bluetooth adapter: CSR8510 (TP-Link UB400) or Realtek RTL8761B
(TP-Link UB4A, UB500). The Realtek firmware is included.
SharedUnixLibrary 1.16 or later (a copy is included).

Installing
  1. Plug in the adapter.
  2. Double-click !Install and click Install.
The application goes into !Boot.Resources, the settings plug-in into
Configure, and two start-up entries are added: one loads the drivers
before the desktop starts, one starts the icon bar task. Bluetooth is
running as soon as Install finishes.

Using it
Click the Bluetooth icon on the icon bar, put your device in pairing
mode, click Scan, choose the device and click Connect. Paired devices
come back by themselves after a restart; a sleeping mouse or keyboard
comes back when it wakes. See !Help inside !Bluetooth for more.

Removing
Double-click !Install and click Remove. Your pairings stay in
Choices:Bluetooth in case you install again.

Known limits
Audio uses SBC at a modest bitrate; quality depends on the radio link,
so keep the adapter clear of the computer (a short USB extension lead
helps). Headset microphones (HFP) are not supported in this version.
